Meeting engagement between Cuban and enemy mechanized elements.
Map, north is up. Cuban baseline at left, enemy at right. Objective is the village, lots of jungle and hills throughout.

The enemy force:
CO
1 x BTR-70
6 x Rifle team
1 x 30mm AGL
1 x 82mm mortar

Closer look.
Initial enemy positions, having already reached the village.
Cubans push ahead.
Enemy moves right to meet.
BTR opens fire.
Mortars fall, suppressing APC.
Enemy AGL (bottom right) opens fire.
Suppressing AMX (far left) and infantry, pinning another rifle team.
A Cuban rifle team moves up (bottom center) and returns fire.
Same on right.
The AGL spins and engages Cuban rifle team on their right.
Enemy rifle moves up and engages same Cuban team.
Cuban APC up in center.
RPG quickly headed that way.
It misses, APC fires on AGL.
Misses, AGL returns fire.
Pinning APC and rifle team, which immediately dismounts. Another rifle team moves up (top center).
And is fired on by enemy riflemen in the village (far right).
Suppressing them (far right).
Enemy on far left fire on Cuban riflemen.
Cubans return fire.
On Cuban left, with just about everyone suppressed, the enemy gets bold and pushes a rifle team forward, looking to get into close combat.
A nearby Cuban rifle team (bottom left) spots them (top center) and opens fire...
While the Cuban CO moves up (center bottom) to rally the trooops.
Cuban infantry on the move in the center.
But taking fire from enemy infantry in the village (bottom right).
Suppressing them (bottom right) as Cuban CO rallies AMX (left).
Which immediately pushes up the hill.
The bad guys pop an RPG at it...
Ka-BOOOM!!! The only good news is that it suppressed their own rifle team, too...
Things are slow going in the center, but going.
Enemy riflemen (bottom left) fire on the Cubans advancing on the AGL.
Pinning them!
But they still manage to knock out the AGL (bottom right), then swing around to take on the enemy rifle team attacking the hill!
Enemy rifle teams on their left flank open fire, trying to stop them (top left).
But the Cubans make it into close combat...
And knock out the enemy rifle team (right), before moving left to rally their buddies.
But they (top left) quickly come under fire from the enemy APC (center).
Although enemy mortars fall short!
The enemy pushes forward, towards the hill.
The Cubans fire a LAW at the APC.
And it goes up in flames!
A rifle team arrives to reinforce the Cubans (far left).
It advances and opens fire.
Suppressing an enemy rifle team.
Freshly rallied, a Cuban APC moves onto the road, rallying a nearby rifle team and opening fire on the village.
Atop the hill, the Cuban riflemen are rallied and firing down into the village.
Knocking out one enemy rifle team (center) and pinning another (bottom right).
But the enemy CO moves up to rally his men.
As the enemy mortar team (bottom right) continues pumping out rounds at the hill.
Pinning one of the Cuban rifle teams.
Enemy riflemen in the village open fire on a Cuban team that came down the hill.
The Cubans return fire.
Knocking out the enemy rifle team and pinning their commander!
Cubans atop the hill (bottom center) fire on enemy troops on their right.
But the enemy mortar team (bottom right) keeps firing.
Pinning two Cuban rifle teams and their CO.
An enemy rifle team moves left and rallies their buddies.
As the Cubans begin to consolidate their position in the center.
Cubans move up in the center (left), approaching a suppressed enemy rifle team (bottom center).
And on the left, where they charge into close combat with the enemy CO!
Knocking him out and forcing the two more teams (one rifle, one the hated mortar team) to surrender!
The Cubans send the prisoners to the rear and move south.
As the Cuban rifle team in the center moves up, forcing the suppressed enemy team there to surrender.
But one of the enemy rifle teams still has some fight in it and engages the Cuban rifle team in the village.
Eliminating them!
So the remaining Cuban APC moves up and opens fire.
As the Cuban CO moves up and rallies some troops.
Already suppressed, the Cuban APC continues lighting up the enemy rifle team.
And pushes forward.
Cuban infantry dismount and move in.
Where the last enemy teams surrender.
